Which is Scarier?

Which one of these guys is scarier?

I can't decide. They were both found near the butterfly garden, just a few feet away from each other.

After seeing how quickly this slug munched on these leaves, I'm leaning heavily to the side of slug being scarier. I didn't even know that slugs could climb plants like that!
