However, I have never thought of propagating the dwarf ruellea. I planted a few this year in the front of the border, and they did so well, I was thinking of buying more next spring. Now, I will try and make more instead of buying. Thanks for the idea.

Jan
Always GrowingJanhttp://alwaysgrowing.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4181842655482570130.post-67327801276425929102008-09-14T11:12:00.000-04:002008-09-14T11:12:00.000-04:00Of course, cuttings are my favorite...but I am so ...Of course, cuttings are my favorite...but I am so lazy, that if they can't make it on their own with just water, I say "too bad"!!! This works best with old or antique roses that are grown on their own root stock. I never thought of rooting mexician petunia. I have always done root divisioins.Aunt Debbi/kurts momhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05663049154538571378noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4181842655482570130.post-39504003616252296722008-09-13T23:09:00.000-04:002008-09-13T23:09:00.000-04:00I love propogating plants. Then I printed them on special photo transfer paper which you then iron onto fabric. If you try it, don't forget anything you transfer will be a mirror image so you want to flip it before you print it out.My LIttle Family:http://www.blogger.com/profile/17240741117809295524noreply@blogger.com
